Having grown up in a small farming town, the mid 2010's brought Everett to the wild west; one of the largest cities in the United States and close to the Mexican border. There, he served as a police officer, forming many of the themes throughout his writings.
Witnessing rampant drug use, human trafficking, kidnappings, homicide, suicide, rioting, and just brutal violence amongst the people became the norm. A vast difference from the miles of cornfields and tranquility he experienced early on.
Thus, Body on the Rocks was born, along with many other upcoming projects that highlight the violent underworld that most don't see everyday. Everett's crime fiction books were born, with a near-future cyberpunk element fused within because, well, it's not far off from the gritty reality of today.
All writings are works of fiction. Names, characters, places, and events are completely fictitious and of the author's imagination. Any similarities are purely coincidental.
